The Company’s CEO, Ken Zwerdling comes from a background of a 16-year career in Corporate Finance/Accounting, and 5 years running a Management Consulting firm specializing in economic modeling. He then started, grew and sold after 16 years, a language translation company where we had over 3000 translators worldwide translating in over 50 language combinations for companies around the world. Ken Zwerdling then started a global staffing, recruiting and outsourcing firm serving over 100 countries. With over 20 years of international recruiting experience, he built a global infrastructure of bilingual professionals around the world.
Ken was also the was the Director of Human Resources and Technology for a South Carolina based Non-Profit. During his career, he has been on over 100 interviews at many different companies visit concentr8, a hiring manager at large companies interviewing hundreds more and a global recruiter, placing hundreds of candidates all around the world. If there is one subject he is considered an expert in, it’s helping professionals find jobs.
As someone that has personally reviewed over 500,000 resumes, Ken notes that the art, process and function of resumes and technology relating to a successful career change/job search, has dramatically changed. Ken has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics and a Master’s Degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship. He received the Patriotic Employer Award from The United States Department of Defense and has been a consistent Guest Lecturer for Clemson University Graduate School of Business “Managing Your Career”
