Full Time & Part Time Positions Available


PURPOSE OF POSITION: To provide assistance with self-administration of oral and external medications to residents under the direction and supervision of a licensed practical nurse.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS : Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing in the state of Georgia. If not already certified as a Medication Aide in Georgia, we will provide the State approved Medication Aide course. Must complete the State approved Medication Aide course and demonstrate competency to perform these tasks in accordance with State regulations. Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents and families and to work cooperatively with others. Must be 18 years old, professional, and reliable. 1 year experience in medication administration is preferred.

We offer 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift positions. Must be able to work weekends and be flexible with schedule.


To supervise CNA staff and provide residents with routine daily assistance in accordance with our established resident care procedures, and as directed by your supervisor and/or the Administrator. Team Leaders require the same qualifications as Care Assistants, but with additional supervisory responsibilities. Team Leaders supervise several Care Assistants on each shift. Team Leaders are responsible for providing resident care as well as addressing supervisory issues with management, staff, and resident families. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to read and write the English language. Must hold a High School Diploma or equivalent and be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing in the state of Georgia. Must portray a professional appearance and have good communication skills. Supervisory experience preferred.

We offer 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift positions. Must be able to work weekends.

Required experience:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Medication Aide: 1 year

Required license or certification:

  • CNA, optional CMA
