Job Description

We are looking to hire a dependable and compassionate caregiver to work with a client from 9am to 5pm every other weekend in Avondale Estate and every other weekend in Lithonia.

The hiring on documents needed:

  • TB skin test
  • physical
  • cpr/first aid certification
  • CNA certification
  • A Cogent fingerprint background is required upon hiring, the cost is $49.25.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: As a registered Medicaid Provider servicing persons with mental health issues and developmental disabilities, all of our prospective employees are required to submit and pass a background check via 3M Cogent, a third-party fingerprinting company. Applicants are required to pay for their own background checks, which are completed in our facility for the amount of $$49.25, payable online via debit/credit card or in person via Money Order.

Please keep in mind that you will not be allowed to work a case with us until your background results have been cleared and all necessary employee documents are current.
